Fink (faith incubator)
This is a
high school age person who assists the adult guide with the large and
small
group sessions.
Guides
These are adults who meet in small
group sessions with about 5 to 7 students, after the pastor leads in
the
presentation of the lesson for the day. Guides need to spend a little
time (usually no more than an hour) in preparation for the small group
time.
Middle School Monthly (MSM)
The MSM places
emphasis is on Biblical knowledge and Christian decision making. This
program is an innovative and fun program of faith development for 6th,
7th
and 8th grade students. It will meet from 10:15 a.m. to 12:15
p.m. and will include lunch. MSM will begin with opening prayer and
introductions. This will be followed by three 20 minute lessons that
will mirror the rotation concept used by the current Sunday School
program. After the rotations, lunch will be served.
Sunday School
These classes meet
during the school year and include children in preschool through
Adult.
We use the Rotation system of Sunday school. Each Rotation is six or
seven weeks long. Students experience one Bible lesson or story
for the weeks of the rotation, each Sunday from a different learning
perspective. Classes stay together in individual grade level groups,
and go each Sunday to a different room for the lesson.
Guides
Guides are adults who accompany each
class to its designated place each Sunday. Guides sign up for one
rotation at a time and are welcome to serve as many rotations as they
wish.
Shepherds.
These are high school age people who
assist either the teacher or the guide. They sign up for one rotation
at a time and are welcome to serve more.
Teachers
Each teacher chooses the area of
his/her choice and teaches that lesson for the entire rotation. One
week the students will be 1st graders, the next 2nd graders (not
necessarily
in that order) and so on until all grade levels have been taught.
Teachers commit to only one rotation at a time. They may sign up for
other rotations as they wish.

Bible school program for children ages four through 5th grade. Counselors from Lutherdale Bible Camp run the program for those who
